Shuttle subscription policy

Each subscription pass is for one person, for the fixed duration chosen at purchase.
One ride is booked for each day of the pass on the route, timing and seat you chose at purchase.
Bus timing, stops and seat can be changed for any subscription ride before the scheduled pickup, at no extra cost.
Only one ride is booked per day in the same morning or evening slot.
A subscription ride can be cancelled free up to 30 minutes before the scheduled pickup; the full ride amount is credited instantly to your CitySetu wallet. Rides cancelled inside 30 minutes — or rescheduled inside 30 minutes and then cancelled — are non-refundable.
Bus schedules on your route may change.
If no timing is available on a route, that is, we cancel the route entirely, the subscription is refunded in proportion to the days remaining.
Where we do not complete a service, a free-ride coupon is provided as we deem appropriate.
Flexi Pass extension limits: rides may be extended or cancelled up to 30 days from the subscription start for a weekly pass, and up to 75 days for a monthly pass.
