How it works

- Pick a shop near your address
Real inventory, live prices, the shop's own hours and delivery radius.
- Order and pay your way
UPI to the shop once it has packed and the amount is final, or cash on delivery. Nothing is charged before the shop has your order in a bag.
- Track it to your door
The shop packs, delivers and confirms the handover with your OTP. If something changes, you are told — never asked.
Questions people actually ask
Does CitySetu hold my money?
No. You pay the shop — UPI straight to its own verified QR, or cash at the door. There is no wallet and no float, so there is nothing of yours sitting with us.
Is this a dark store?
No. Every order is packed and delivered by a real shop on a real street, by its own people. We do not stock anything and we do not compete with the shops on the platform.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
The shop removes it or swaps it for the replacement you allowed at checkout, and you are told in one message with the new total. You are never interrupted mid-order for an approval, and the final bill never exceeds what you placed. If the change is large, you can cancel free until it is dispatched.
