The fee schedule
A monthly platform fee set by your trailing 30-day sales, plus a one-time onboarding fee. Longer plan terms carry a discount. GST at 18 % applies on the invoice.

Fair questions
Why a monthly fee and not a commission?
A commission grows with your success and quietly becomes the biggest line in your P&L. A flat platform fee by sales bracket is predictable, and it means we earn nothing extra from your best week.
When does the money actually start?
Not today. Billing mode is display-only: you get real invoices showing what a month would have cost and what LAUNCH saved you, and nothing is collected. When that changes, you will be told before it changes, not after.
What if I stop using CitySetu?
You close your shop from the Partner app. There is no lock-in, no exit fee, and your customers and their numbers were always yours.
Do I pay for referred shops?
The opposite — referring a shop that goes live earns both of you credits against the platform fee.
