What we believe
- Real shops, not dark stores. The supply is the neighbourhood shop that is already there; our job is to make it easy to order from and easy to run.
- The shop keeps every rupee. Customers pay the shop directly — UPI to its own verified QR, or cash at the door. CitySetu never holds money in the middle.
- No surprises. Honest bills, honest fees, a real date on every offer, no free-form chat and no dark patterns.
- Told, not asked. Once an order is live the customer is never interrupted for an approval: a change is applied, explained and pushed once, and the packed bill never exceeds the placed one.
- Local first. Local names, local languages — English, Hindi and Marathi at launch, with Telugu and Gujarati already complete — and local delivery people.
