Delete your account

This page deletes a CitySetu Local Shops account (the CitySetu or CitySetu Partner app). For a CitySetu Shuttle account, use the Shuttle deletion page.

This works without the app (as required by Google Play). We verify it's you with an OTP, then schedule deletion with a 30-day grace period — log in any time in those 30 days to cancel.

Active orders must be completed or cancelled first. Shopkeepers with open dues or disputes are routed to support.

Step 1 — verify your number

What happens to your data

After 30 days: your name, phone number and addresses are permanently anonymised; push tokens and sessions are removed.
Order and rating records are kept in de-identified form — shops need their sales records, and it keeps the platform honest. Details in our privacy policy.
You get an SMS at request and at completion.
