Shuttle terms and conditions

1. Who we are, and who you are
“CitySetu”, “us” or “we” refers to Onescai Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the owner of the online platform offering transportation solutions provided by third-party vehicle operators. The platform we supply is the Application; everything you receive through it is the Service. “You” and “Subscriber” mean the person using this website or the Application.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, the Application and the Service, from any country. We may add to, vary or amend them at any time; an amendment binds you once it is published here or in the Application, from the date we state it takes effect.
2. Your account
To use the Application you must register for and keep an active account. You confirm you are at least 18. Registration requires certain personal information — name, address, mobile number, age — and at least one valid payment method.
Your account must hold accurate, complete and current information; failure to keep it so may end your access. Everything done under your account is treated as done by you, so keep your credentials secret. You may hold only one account unless we permit otherwise.
3. The service
CitySetu Shuttle is a technology service that lets you be a passenger on a registered motor vehicle, including buses and chauffeured cabs, for point-to-point and time-based bookings within city limits, unless we explicitly permit otherwise.
4. Booking
- Book through the Application by choosing your route, timing and seat.
- Every booking is subject to availability and confirmation.
- Arrive at your pickup point at least 2 minutes before the scheduled departure.
- We may cancel or reschedule a ride for operational reasons, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
5. Payment
- Payment may be made by credit or debit card, UPI, net banking, or the CitySetu wallet.
- Fares are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
- Promotional offers carry their own terms.
- Refunds, where they apply, follow the refunds and cancellation policy.
6. Offers and promotions
We may create promotional offers with different features and rates for particular customers. Unless an offer is made to you, it has no bearing on your contract with us, and it may carry additional terms.
7. Lost items
We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings during your journey. We will make reasonable efforts to help recover a lost item but cannot guarantee its return. See the customer guidelines.
8. Complaints

9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the Application, the website and the Service — trademarks, logos, designs and content — is owned by or licensed to Onescai Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. You may not use, reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.
10. Liability
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access for conduct we believe breaches these Terms or harms other users, us or third parties. You may close and permanently delete your account in the app under Profile › Settings › Delete Account, from the delete-account page, or by e-mailing support@citysetu.com.
