Delete your account

We respect your right to control your personal data. Here is how to have your CitySetu Shuttle account removed.

  1. Delete it inside the app

    Open the CitySetu Shuttle app and go to Profile › Settings › Delete Account to remove your profile and the account data attached to it.

  2. Or e-mail our support team

    support@citysetu.com, from the address or number on the account.

  3. Include your registered phone number

    So that we can verify the request is yours before we act on it.

  4. We process it within 7 working days

    All personal data linked to your profile is permanently deleted within 7 working days of the request.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and login access
  • Your saved personal details, including contact information
  • Your saved preferences and settings
  • Other personal data directly linked to your profile
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please settle any active subscription or pending ride before you ask for it, whether you submit the request in the app or through support.
