Most of this job happens on the street
Talking to shopkeepers, riding the routes, answering the phone. If that sounds like a job and not a chore, write to us.
Roles we hire for
City lead
Own a city: shop density, delivery quality, the first hundred shops. Mumbai · Nashik · Navi Mumbai first, then —.
Shop success
Help shops go live and stay live — catalogue, daily rates, posters, the first orders. Speaks the local language.
Support
The support line that actually picks up. Orders, refunds and shop questions in English, Hindi and Marathi.
Engineering
Flutter, Node, Postgres with PostGIS, AWS. Small team, real users, no dark patterns and no third-party trackers.
How we work
- Small team. You will talk to the founders and to shopkeepers in the same week.
- Nashik and Mumbai for field roles; Visakhapatnam for the registered office; engineering is remote-friendly.
- We write things down. Every decision has a reason and the reason is in a document.
How to apply
E-mail support@citysetu.com with the subject Careers, the role, your city and a few lines about what you have actually done. No CV template needed. We reply to everyone.
