A shared bus works on small gestures
CitySetu Shuttle is a community service. A few small things make commuting pleasant for everyone on board.
Please arrive on time
Arrive at your pickup stop at least 2 minutes before the scheduled time. The expected arrival time changes with traffic, so use live tracking to follow the bus and avoid missing your ride.
Show your boarding pass
Turn on Bluetooth and show your boarding pass to the driver to verify boarding. No personal data is collected through Bluetooth.
Female-preferred seats
We pair female passengers together wherever we can. When the bus is full or no other seat is free, a male passenger may book a seat adjacent to a female seat.
Use the aisle seat sliders
Be mindful of your co-passengers and of your own space. The sliders on aisle seats create more room for both of you.
Keep the bus clean
Please do not eat or drink on board: in a closed space the smell carries to this trip and the next. Use the bin near the entrance for any litter.
No smoking, no alcohol
Smoking tobacco or e-cigarettes and consuming alcohol are strictly prohibited on board.
Bags go on the overhead rack
Keep your bag on the rack: it is more comfortable for you and for everyone next to you.
Keep the volume down
If you take a call or listen to something, use earphones and keep your voice low.
Board and alight at designated stops
Unscheduled stops disrupt traffic, hold up the driver, and delay everyone else getting to their drop-off.
Collect your belongings
Left something behind? Support will do their best to get it back to you, but please look after your things: CitySetu is not liable for misplacements.
We love pets, but not on the bus
To keep the bus safe and hygienic for everyone, pets are not allowed on board.
Thank you for helping make the ride comfortable for everyone. Happy commuting — Team CitySetu.
