Shuttle privacy policy

Who we are

CitySetu Shuttle is operated by Onescai Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the company accountable for your data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Registered office: Onescai Solutions Pvt. Ltd., 2-221/211/1, 4th Floor, The Glitz Building, Rushikonda, Yendada, Visakhapatnam (rural), Visakhapatnam – 530045, India.

Information we collect, and why

To provide the service we may ask for personally identifiable information including your name, phone number, e-mail address and location data. We use it to run and improve shuttle booking, to process payments and to tell you about your rides. What we collect is retained and used only as described here.

Log data

If the app hits an error we collect log data from your device: IP address, device name, operating system version, the app configuration at the time, the time and date of use, and similar diagnostics.

Cookies

This service does not set cookies of its own. Third-party code and libraries in the app may use them; you can accept or refuse them in your browser or device settings. There are no third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Service providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the service, to provide it on our behalf, to perform service-related tasks, or to help us understand how it is used. They have access to your personal information only to do that work, and are obliged not to disclose or use it for anything else.

Security

We use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account deletion

You may request deletion of your CitySetu Shuttle account and its personal data at any time — in the app under Profile › Settings › Delete Account, from the delete-account page, or by e-mailing support@citysetu.com from your registered contact details. Requests are processed within 7 working days.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18, and delete it immediately if we discover it.

Changes

We may update this policy. Changes are posted on this page and take effect immediately on posting, so please review it periodically.
